Content used to live inside WordPress's editor, which meant every copy change touched the CMS directly and, more often than not, needed a developer to format it correctly. We moved content into Sanity instead. Sanity gives us structured content types instead of a single blob of HTML per page. A blog post has a title, a category, an author reference, a body, related post references — each field is its own thing, not buried inside a WYSIWYG box. That means the team can edit copy without touching code, and it means we can reuse the same content in different layouts without copy-pasting HTML around. It's also just faster to work in. No plugin updates, no database to maintain, no server to patch. It's a hosted CMS that gets out of the way.
