White label
You sell the complete package under your name, we build invisibly in the background. We invoice you, you invoice your client, including your margin. An NDA applies from the very first conversation. No logo, no footer link, no mention of yes!devs. Only you are in contact with the client, and on our side you have one dedicated contact. Handover with documentation, access and training happens in your name. And to be clear: we never approach your clients directly, neither during nor after the project. Best when you want to deliver everything to your client from a single source.

Referral
Your client needs tech that goes beyond your scope? Simply introduce us. We work directly with the client, and you receive a percentage commission on the project volume. Best when you want your client to be well looked after, without any effort on your side.
From your brief to launch
Phase 01
Brief
Send us your design, idea or a rough concept – as a finished Figma file, a PDF or a whiteboard sketch. If you like, we sign an NDA up front. We review everything technically and tell you honestly what's feasible and where the risks are.
Phase 02
Proposal
You get effort, timeline and a fixed price or budget range. Realistically calculated, not wishful thinking. With white label, we invoice you – and you add your own margin on top.
Phase 03
Kickoff
We align on details, milestones and acceptance criteria together. You get one dedicated contact and a shared channel, for example in Slack or Teams. We usually start within 1–2 weeks.
Phase 04
Build
We build step by step, with regular updates and staging links for your approval. That way you see early on what's taking shape and can steer at any time. You stay in charge of the client relationship – together with us when we pitch jointly, entirely on your own with white label.
Phase 05
Launch & handover
We take the project live and hand over code, access and documentation – in your name with white label. If you like, we take care of operations, maintenance and further development afterwards. Or you take over yourselves, whatever works best for you.

Who talks to our client?
That depends on the model. With white label only you, with a joint pitch we do it together, with a referral we do, once you've introduced us.
What does it cost?
That depends on the scope. We calculate transparently based on effort, not gut feeling. After your brief, you get a concrete proposal. Agency partners get their own terms.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within 1–2 weeks of sign-off.
