Do I need to be based in Hamburg or Valencia?
We ask team members to join us in the office at least two days a week so we can connect, collaborate, and catch up in person. That said, we’re flexible depending on individual circumstances!
Can I switch or work from the other office?
Absolutely. One team, two cities! If you're based in Valencia and want to spend some time working from Hamburg (or vice versa), our doors are always open.
What language do you speak day-to-day?
English is our primary language for daily collaboration across offices and clients. Speaking German or Spanish is a nice bonus, but definitely not a requirement.
Do you hire freelancers or only full-time roles?
Right now, we’re exclusively looking for full-time team members to join us. However, we still value our freelancer network for specific project needs as they arise.
