LGM: Lab Portal for Therapists

Background

Sensitive health data must flow reliably and in a legally compliant way between the lab and therapists. At the same time, the entire range of analytes, reorders and knowledge content needed to be available in one place.

What we did

We developed a Laravel application with Laravel Nova in the backend; the frontend combines Blade and TypeScript. LGM uploads results and billing, and registered therapists view and download them through a role-based portal. The complete range of analytes is maintained and viewable, including key data and reference values. For specific results, therapists can directly reorder further analyses. A section for lab materials receives requests by email, and a knowledge section provides educational articles and instructions.
