Innovation Sprint
2 to 4 weeks, one focused team, one clearly defined goal, no overhead. Innovation projects rarely fail because of the idea. They fail because of the environment: too many stakeholders, too many rounds of alignment, too little focus.

An Innovation Sprint creates a protected space for exactly one question. A small team works with focus and delivers a solid result that you can base your next decision on.
How we work
We start with a compact discovery workshop and define a testable hypothesis. Then the team works with focus toward that one goal and gives you weekly progress updates. At the end, we summarize everything in an experiment report. If the experiment fails, that's the best possible outcome: learned fast, failed cheap and ready for the next attempt.
What you get
- a compact discovery workshop
- a clearly formulated, testable hypothesis
- weekly progress updates
- an experiment report: what was tested, what worked, what didn't, along with the recommended next step
