pilot is an owner-managed media, creative and digital agency with over 550 employees across seven locations. pilot worked with yes!devs on the relaunch of its own presence.

Background

An agency of this size needs a presence that conveys references, attitude and locations, while at the same time working as a recruiting channel. The applicant processes needed to feed cleanly into an existing system.

What we did

We relaunched the website: multilingual, with references, news formats and the seven locations. For recruiting, we integrated Teamtailor so that jobs and applications flow directly from the careers section into the applicant management system.
