talk2move: Applicant management for 4,000 applications a year

Background

More than 4,000 applications a year cannot be managed via email and paper contracts. talk2move needed a digital applicant database and a way to conclude employment contracts securely and without media disruptions.

What we did

We look after the website and built a digital applicant database that maps the entire process, from the sales funnel to hiring. Employment contracts are managed digitally and completed and signed via Adobe Sign. This way, the path from application to signed contract runs digitally from end to end.

Result

More than 4,000 applications a year run through the system in a structured way, without manual paper shuffling.
